41 UPPER HUTT LEADER, MAY 25, 2011 Personal Temporary Road Closure of the enclosed all day commuter carpark behind Upper Hutt Library Upper Hutt City Council has received a request for a temporary road closure of the enclosed portion of the all day commuter carpark behind Upper Hutt City Library adjacent to the railway line on Saturday mornings only on a fortnightly basis for a 6 month trial period from 8am-1pm with an earliest start date of Saturday 2 July 2011, for the purpose of Motorcycle Training.(The proposal will include a clear option for Council to waive any such closure and keep the car park open on any Saturday when a major event is staged in Upper Hutt needing the car parking capacity - eg Spring Festival) Any submissions should be received at the offce of the Chief Executive, Upper Hutt City Council, Private Bag 907, Upper Hutt 5140, by Wednesday 1 June 2011.
