We are looking for an Administration Support Officer to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be required to work both independently, as well as within the FSI area administration team, providing high quality administration services to CIE. The role will vary from delivering a range of administrative duties including, but not limited to, reconciliation work and accounts based inventory work within our Management Information System (SAP), this will include daily processing, as well as daily, weekly and month end reporting, and stock takes. This role is a Monday to Friday position however it is envisaged that on Mondays and Tuesdays some flexibility around possibly longer hours may be required. You will be an integral part of this dedicated area team that provides support to our operational managers and their teams. Experience with SAP is desirable, however training can be provided.
