Darcy Nicholas' Land of My Ancestors exhibition opened at Expressions on Friday 26th August and will run through until Sunday the 16th October. The exhibition features 35 new works that have never been seen publicly including paintings, drawings, sculpture, and jewellery. The opening weekend of the World Cup will be celebrated in Upper Hutt with the Rimutaka Trust Spring Festival in Main Street on Saturday 10 September from 9am to 3pm. There will be a wonderful selection of street stalls, family entertainment, music, attractions and displays. Discover a beautiful rainforest in the spectacular Kaitoke Regional Park. Free guided walks are being run, which offer stunning views of rivers and valleys.
